Independent film financing has a trust problem, not a talent problem. Strong, fundable projects routinely stall — not for lack of merit, but for lack of a credible path to protecting the investors behind them.

727 Squared is building the financial infrastructure to close that gap: a planned, capital-protected investment fund with no direct precedent in the current independent film landscape — designed to give investors real downside protection while giving producers reliable access to the early-stage capital traditional financing has never reliably offered.
